Today its historic character has been preserved while creating an open event space that can transform for weddings, celebrations, galas, meetings and community gatherings.

The Venue at 1010 is owned by the Issac Sterett Adventure Foundation and professionally managed by RMA Ventures LLC.
The Foundation was created in memory of Issac Sterett and works to inspire children and families to unplug, spend meaningful time together and experience the outdoors. Revenue generated through the venue's operating partnership helps support the Foundation and its mission.
